Project Management

Novacorp coordinates all aspects of the management of large and small capital projects within its portfolio of managed properties, and the management of ‘new builds’, as Project Manager.  Our duties, as Project Manager include:
  • Site selection / acquisition
  • Approval process (internal /external)
  • Securing financing
  • Design team selection
  • Management of the design and tendering process
  • Pre-leasing
  • Coordination of deficiency remediation
  • Dispute resolution
Projects to date include coordination of retail and office tenant leasehold construction, overseeing major capital improvements and plant upgrades, and coordination of ‘new builds’ including the recent construction of two +/- 73-unit   apartment buildings and a Class A LEED Gold certified multi-tenant office building.
