Philosophy
Novacorp is committed to maintaining the client’s real estate asset as if it were our own, ensuring the long-term viability of the project. Our objective is to provide the owners, tenants, and user groups of the facilities under management with a clean and safe environment, and maintaining the capital equipment (physical and plant machinery) by implementing planned preventative maintenance schedules in a manner that is not disruptive to the tenants and user groups.

Community Involvement
It is our intent to ensure the quality of life enjoyed by the tenants and user groups is above what is normally expected for comparable facilities, that health and safety issues are properly addressed as they arise, and that the Owner is kept informed of any issue arising that may affect the return on investment, owner’s liability, or public perception.
