Welcome to Novacorp Properties Limited's Client Access.

As a service to residents of the condominium corporations under our management, we have created individual building web sites where you can obtain information on events in your building, Board minutes, financials, etc. To access your particular building site we ask that you register with us and, once we have verified that you are a unit owner, a website address will be issued.

Step 1

Simply send an email to this address office@novacorpproperties.com stating your name and condo address. We will send you a verification email with a web address link where you can register to join our condo services website.

Step 2

In order to join, you need to register as a user. The screen you will be directed to is a registration form where you can choose your user-name and password. You can make this pretty well anything you wish. (easy to remember etc.) Once you complete this section a message will be sent to the admin of the site and they will verify your info and give you permission to view the data. The next time you log in, you will see all the content of the website.
